1st Choice has been recruiting temporary, permanent and contract staff in the Bedford, Chester, Milton Keynes, and Wyboston areas since 1989!.

The management team have worked together for over 22 years and have a combined service at 1st Choice of over 120 years, which in itself is phenomenal! The teams pictured below work closely together to achieve results across the four branches, all of which are well established and have a great reputation in each market place. There aren’t many recruitment campaigns whatever size or uniqueness that will faze us!
